It's definitely not unheard of, and statistically heart attacks at a young age are increasing.

This thing involving the Bills player has had the name Chuck Hughes back in the news. He was 28 when he dropped dead on the field. His autopsy showed he had advanced arteriosclerosis. Bad genetics, bad food, shit happens.
