Yep. Point is, fans are the same at 95% of the schools. Only a select few can keep numbers up regardless of record.

There was an article a while back, addressing declining live attendance and Michigan was specifically mentioned.
Seems like they've had that problem for years.

Why wouldnt attendance be declining this year especially? Covid is playing a roll and greed is playing a roll. Especially at major university's. When amateur sports becomes all about money, a lot of passion is taken out of the game imo. Then you add to the list of people wanting to be instantly gratified/entertained(internet/smartphones) at all times of the day, then people have better things to do then watch a boring team or losing team.
