Gaza deal reached (ceasefire and hostage release)

This EPIC ceasefire agreement could have only happened as a result of our Historic Victory in November, as it signaled to the entire World that my Administration would seek Peace and negotiate deals to ensure the safety of all Americans, and our Allies. I am thrilled American and Israeli hostages will be returning home to be reunited with their families and loved ones.
With this deal in place, my National Security team, through the efforts of Special Envoy to the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, will continue to work closely with Israel and our Allies to make sure Gaza NEVER again becomes a terrorist safe haven. We will continue promoting PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH throughout the region, as we build upon the momentum of this ceasefire to further expand the Historic Abraham Accords. This is only the beginning of great things to come for America, and indeed, the World!
We have achieved so much without even being in the White House. Just imagine all of the wonderful things that will happen when I return to the White House, and my Administration is fully confirmed, so they can secure more Victories for the United States!

My first thought when I heard about the agreement was that Biden would try to take credit for it. He just can’t help himself.
Yeah. Bizarre that Biden would take credit for a deal that was inked while he was president. Totally strange.
It was inked because Trump's foreign policy SPECIAL ENVOY went to the middle east to get it done. I know it hurts your man vag but those are the facts. Biden didn't do a thing to get this deal done. Israel doesn't listen to the current "president". They listen to Trump.

What I do credit the Mush admin for, is being so weak and feckless in their foreign policy that Bibi was allowed to annihilate the savages in Gaza and Iran. This inevitably imploded the Syrian regime too. May be the one-time allowing Biden to sleep through meetings paid off.

Speaking of Biden's foreign policy, I somehow missed this CNN piece from Monday where they were covering Biden's remarks at the State Department. Once again Biden took credit for the Afghanistan withdrawal.

Dozens killed in Gaza as Israel delays key vote on truce.
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich’s far-right Religious Zionist Party – which is a key part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government – on Thursday threatened to quit the governing coalition if the PM does not return to war after the first phase of the agreement. This move would have the potential to collapse the Israeli government.
Bibi needs to look like he has been diligent at accepting any agreement and not just blindly caving to the US. He's keeping his coalition together.
