Perhaps, if they are as high ranking as Milley, but I think most officers are under no obligation if they've served at least 8 years between active and inactive ready reserve.

Hhaaa. Ughhh no. He us going to get rid of the top brass, meaning generals and high commanders, which has been theproblem.

He is going to revamp things thst need done.
