Makes 100k, and lives a lavish DC life-style. We flip the bill.

"At the Grill from Ipanema, phone eats first," Kamens posted in May along with pictures of food presumably from the high-end Brazilian steakhouse."

"Last July, Kamens posted that he was a season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Eagles, which the New York Post reported costs $2,692 annually on average. "

"Kamens has posted several times about taking trips and staying at AirBnb locations in recent years, including a post from last month when he was sitting in a hot tub with the caption, "Hot tub with a view."

Why lie? He doesn't make $100k. Your own article said that he made $80k last year. Your own article says that he is pacing to make close to $90k this year. So why lie?

and lives a lavish DC life-style.
Lavish? Ain't nobody making $80k in DC living a lavish lifestyle. After taxes, he is making about $5400/month. Assuming all of his benefits are 100% paid for, he is paying at least $2000/month for an average one bedroom apartment.

That leaves him with $3400 at best. $400 for utilities/cell phone, $700 for a car/insurance/gas/metro, he was paying at least something in school loans, $500 for good . . . he is running around $1500/month after reasonable expenses and just having an average lifestyle.

Lavish? Based on what - a picture of one expensive dinner, a picture smoking a cigar, some pictures of him having a drink? Whoa! Livin' it up!

You realize most people aren't going to post pictures on social media of their very average apartment, very average car, etc., right?

More reasons why Fox News is nothing but a garbage tabloid these days and why Stephens is clueless. And that's coming from somebody who actually agrees with the stance the article takes on the legislation.

Where did Fox News go wrong here?

What did it claim that isn't true?

You want to see falsehoods? Listen to the White House's claims of the economy, the cost of good and sevices, how secure our borders are and how sharp Pedo-Joe is. Why do you and your sidekick not bitch about that?

Where did Fox News go wrong here?
They mentioned that he had some BNB stays, which many times, are cheaper than having an apartment. They mentioned that he had posted some pictures "out on the town with drinks" and one smoking a cigar. They posted that he had a picture in a hot tub. The audacity!

All of those things were an attempt by Fox News to make it look like he was living high on the hog when none of those things even remotely proves that. Tabloid reporting.

Now, you posted in the thread where I called you and the useless poster out in, yet you ignored me. Having trouble coming up with an answer, eh?

Wait. What? He is bragging on social media of his extracurricular activities.

$2,600 season tickets for the Eagles and you have to figure between, travel, tailgating, etc. That was at least a 3rd of what he owed in student loans. Fox

News did nothing but report the facts. It was the numbskull's fault that he's I'm the news and people are pissed.

The criticism of Kamens intensified when social media users noticed past posts that showed Kamens posting at high-priced restaurants and purchasing high-dollar items.

"Phone eats first," Kamens posted earlier this month along with photos of a seafood tower containing lobster and oysters next to a cocktail.

"At the Grill from Ipanema, phone eats first," Kamens posted in May along with pictures of food presumably from the high-end Brazilian steakhouse.

Last July, Kamens posted that he was a season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Eagles, which the New York Post reported costs $2,692 annually on average.

Reading comprehension, moron. The average price for a season ticket is $2600. That means taking into account the $25k season ticket and the $2000 season ticket. You have no idea what season tickets he had. Based on his income, it's most likely closer to the latter, which again, isn't "lavish."

Wait. What? He is bragging on social media of his extracurricular activities.
Uhh, yeah, that is what people do on social media. They show snapshots of a brief period in their life and avoid showing their one bedroom apartment, Kia Soul, etc. Didn't I already explain this to you? Again, the guy made $80k in D.C. No way he is living lavishly with that income in that location.

It did so with the attempt to make it sound like those things listed (smoking a cigar, drinks around town, being in a hot tub) were some sort of representation of lavish living. Only morons like you would eat it up and not be able to see that.

And once again, interesting that you responded to all of my other comments yet hid from the other thread.

Well he shouldn't be buying season tickets and wasting money anywhere, if he has debt that should be paid first.

Also, you don’t know what season tickets he has either. He may be buying the expensive ones and that could be the reason he has trouble paying his debts.

FTR

Season tickets to Eagles 2023

Lower Level A: $4,490 –> $5,000
Lower Level C: $3,724 –> $4,200
Upper Level Endzone: $2,080 –> $2,200

Season ticket prices start at $1,956

Then figure taxes, tailgates yada yada yada. Still pushing a 3rd of what he owed in student loans.

Do you ever think before posting? How about trying less quantity and more quality?

So if somebody has debt, they should pay that first and not take a vacation, buy that nice looking sweatshirt, go to a sporting event, go to the movies?

Lives in one of the lost expensive places in the country making 80 grand a year or whatever. Goes to NFL games yet expects us to pay for his college loans.

If they say they can't afford their debt or feel someone else should pay it, then absolutely.

Also, definitely not buying season tickets to watch an NFL team.

Remember you're agreeing that taxpayers should pay his $8,000 student loan while spending at least $2,000 to buy tickets, not counting food, drinks and whatever else at each game.

It's bullshit and you know it. Then again, you're cool with taxpayers paying for room, board, food, clothing and educations for illegal foreign nationals.

Face it. You're a bleater.

I live outside of DC, show me a 1 bedroom for only 2k that isn’t located in SE!!! It’s stupid expensive to live in NOVA.
There are plenty, including some nicer ones in Alexandria, Vienna, etc.

I lived in DC, McLean, and Alexandria for 10 years.

Moron, I clearly said I agree with the point of the article about not wiping out the student debt. But the things Fox News mentioned as some sort of indication that he is living a lavish life is as dumb as your usual posts.

Point is that he was contractually obligated, he got the benefit of the loan, and Biden stole other people’s money to pay off his debt.
That last part is not quite what happened. That's an exaggeration to the extent of being a lie.

Compared to someone who actually needs financial help, he is.
What? The point of the article, moron, is that he allegedly lives some sort of lavish lifestyle. Not only is that false, but the examples the tabloid gave as proof are comically bad examples of "lavishness."

Fox News didn't make that claim.
