I can’t decide what would REALLY complete the comeback...Tiger catching Jack or winning over rifle’s admiration.

Attempts at awful arguments like these is why you will always be "of counsel" or a junior associate, Tier Three. Just like I didn't chastise Nike for keeping their business ties with Tiger over serious things, I am not going to chastise somebody (or myself) for keeping their business ties with people over minor (and not even illegal) issues.

I'm not sure what your argument is here. He gave ecstasy to a girl who asked for it. As I said in another post, drinking/doing drugs doesn't make you a bad person as long as you aren't hurting innocent people while doing it.
As a 22 year old, she accepted $800,000 to allow a company to sell her sex tape. Again, I am having trouble understanding your argument. She didn't break a promise to a spouse and completely fvck up somebody else's life. She didn't put her children (child's) well-being in question by parading a bunch of random people into the house. She didn't completely fvck up her child's life with this. On the other hand, Tiger's sexcapades did all of those things.
This is the worst attempt out of all of them. X threw a food tray which ricocheted and then allegedly hit a jail employee. X wasn't even convicted of it, because the intent wasn't there (and because common sense tells you that not much of an injury can be sustained from a tray bouncing off of a floor).

If an adult wants to take drugs, I have no problem with it. If an adult wants to take drugs while she is the only one in charge of a baby, I have a problem with it. If an adult wants to take drugs before driving a car, I have a problem with it.
So, no, if an adult is with another adult doing drugs, I don't blame one over the other.
If you're out with some of your fellow tier three, junior associates and they are doing lines of coke, is it their fault if you jump in and take a snort? Of course not. As an adult, you're responsible for your own actions and choices.
