Gonna need to add that feather in the cap to the Cleveland experience....
I was joking. Last time I was in Cleveland was 10 years ago in the winter though - not a great time to have been there.
Out of the 50 biggest cities in the U.S., Cleveland is one of the five most miserable.
I'm betting that list is fluid and dependent on your location at the time.
No, considering the majority of the biggest 50 cities are pretty stable year to year, Cleveland is always one of the worst.

Cleveland remains the only city where I have been driving through a neighborhood and felt it was necessary to steer with one hand...because I was holding a handgun in the other. Granted, I have never been lost in Detroit and I know where not to go in Chicago.
I know someone that lived in a fancy neighborhood on the lake, west of downtown. Great views from there, I visited once on the Fourth of July and watched the fireworks downtown from their place. She said it was fvxking brutal in the winter living on the lake.
