1. Admit the small stuff... (notice he kept highlighting it was "personal" and "not campaign finance".
2. Remind everyone that this did NOT happen while he was in office ....unlike Clinton

Yeah, but that's not how the legal world works. In any type of retainer agreement, for any case, it is thoroughly spelled out what the money is intended for. I highly doubt that agreement would include hush money payments for banging porn stars, especially for $130,000. There is absolutely no chance an attorney would spend $130,000 in retainer fees to pay off a hooker without the client's consent . . . and almost assuredly written consent at that.
What does that mean? It means cheeto looked directly in the camera and blatantly lied when he said he had no idea about Cohen paying the porn star.
