I was just watching a video from 247 with Grant. Here is what he had to say about the offense.

Reporter: "What was the most surprising for you. Getting out there after you haven't done it in a while?"

Wells: "Just the tempo that we are expected to play at this year. It's nothing that we've played at before. On the good side we're playing a lot faster. We're lining up a lot faster. We're getting signals in a lot faster. Seeing that in a game situation really opened out eyes at how fast we're going to play."

SOUNDS FUN! Maybe that whole stopping and everyone turning to the sideline for 15 seconds is going away.

Poor guy in front of me loses his mind every time they do it. If this does go away I know his game day experience will be much more enjoyable.
I have had times when I lost it too... Especially when we would rush up to the line of scrimmage for 3rd or 4th and a yard or less and then take 15 seconds to look at damn pictograms on the sideline while 10 coaches furiously hand signal each player.

I'm not a huge fan of it, but when it really gets to me is when there is a questionable call on the field that could be overturned by replay and we're taking our sweet time to snap the ball. Just get the play off.
