Guess the Congressional Black Caucus Doesn't Like Higher Wages

Very moving SOTU speech. One of the best I've ever seen. Very heartwarming, and great to see the SOTU is in great shape. At the same time, it was sad to see Nancy digging for something in her mouth the entire time. What was she digging for? Her foot?

they want to keep them on the democrat plantation. higher wage doesn't help that cause.

Except wages aren’t increasing.

In fact, the increase in number of jobs has slowed under trump compared to Obama.

Look it up.

In fact, the increase in number of jobs has slowed under trump compared to Obama.

I've been telling the cons this for 3 months or more. They haven't had much to say about that. But it's been amusing to watch them slobber all over the obama economy since cheetos was elected.

Get lost. I have the facts. Again.
economists disagree . . .

to steal a page from dtard, let me copy/pasta and embolden the important parts that you won't want to read:

Trump and Obama (and their admirers) are slugging it out, both claiming that it is their policies that have led to the ongoing economic expansion, steady job growth and higher stock prices.

Happily for President Trump, the pros agree with him. A recent survey of economists suggest it is President Trump, and not Obama, who should be taking a bow.

The pros cite the White House’s push for lighter regulation and the recent tax bill as critical to a pro-growth environment; more than 90 percent of the group thought the tax bill would boost GDP expansion over the next two years.

A year ago in the same survey, economists awarded President Obama mixed grades. Most saw his policies as positive for financial stability, but neutral-to-negative for GDP growth and negative for long-term growth. By contrast, Trump was seen as neutral to positive for long-term gains.

Why would Trump rate higher than Obama with this group? Economists point to the upturn in business confidence that accompanied Trump’s election, and tie that to increasing business investment. Spending on capital goods accelerated sharply over the first three quarters of last year, growing at an annualized rate of 6.2 percent.

Such outlays will spur productivity gains and lead to wage hikes, creating a virtuous circle complete with rising consumer confidence and spending.

Unhappily Trump, voters have not yet caught up with the experts. Democrats have done an excellent job of trashing Trump’s policies, issuing hysterical alarms over the supposed dangers of deregulation (toxic water, foul air!) and vilifying the GOP tax bill.

Democrats are terrified that the tax cuts will be a pleasant surprise to those who believed House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) when she called the bill Armageddon, and when Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) declared it a “kick in the gut to the middle class.”

i'll stop with copy/pasta now, you can click on the link and cry about the source, cry about fake news, cry about this, cry about that. for the love of all things liberal, don't change character and tell us all about how that article's a lie and you have better, more damning information from CNN and/or MSNBC!

"First and foremost, the conservative Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago asked 42 economists for their opinion of the payoff from the tax bill. These included multiple Nobel Prize winners, former presidents of the American Economic Association and former White House officials. Only one of the 42 polled thought the Republican bill would boost the economy in a meaningful way."

" Tax Policy Center found that the bill would increase GDP by 0.6% in 2018 but only 0.3% in 2027"

Alternative facts...maybe

"The 14-percentage-point rise in overall public opinion about the economy since last year is the largest one-year improvement in public sentiment about economic conditions in the history of this survey"

"with sentiment among GOP supporters roughly doubling in the past year."

But it's been amusing to watch them slobber all over the obama economy since cheetos was elected.

And you're the moron who said you were going to introduce me to reality. You're a common run of the mill cheetos puff. And whoever stated you would bring something of intelligence to the board should receive a lifetime ban.

Serious question, (let me say up front I don’t think trump gets impeached simply because there aren’t enough Republicans in Congress with enough integrity to do the right thing, they will put party over country), but let me ask you this:

After all the complete horseshit and nonsense you post, if Mueller produces a report which summarizes a bunch of shady and illegal shit trump did, a) will you still show your face around here? and b) will you still just spin totally fabricated, nonsense, made up shit to defend your embarrassment or c) will you have enough balls to admit you were a complete moron?

You gonna man up when he doesn't.

PAST IS PROLOGUE - UNQUESTIONABLY: B - BUT DONT TAKE THAT ALWAY FROM THE
THATS ALL THEY HAVE.

Nah, CR89 has a knack of walking away from things he says. Like, calling a conservative black man a house n****, stalking @dave and his dog, and every time he makes a false claim, which is typically every time he makes a post.

I simply cannot fathom the lack of self awareness that these guys have, but kkkuntrywrong is by far the worst. Greed, dherd et al do not live in reality either, it's quite an astonishing glimpse into how far we've strayed as a nation.

to answer your "serious", but underhanded question: i'll be the first to admit i was wrong about trump, wrong about everything.

now, on the flip side, i see you've indicated above you'll man up. well, get ready, because it's coming. there's a reason there's a huge fight from the FBI to not release this memo. once this comes out, peoples heads are going to roll. there's so much shit going on right now that's way above what any of us could fathom.

why do you think barrack picked him up a military attorney not so long ago? do you honestly think trump, who i do believe knows he did nothing wrong when it comes to the charges libs have bestowed on him, is going to sit idly by and let this shit go? hell to the no. this shit started when hussein was president, he allowed it. and, trump is just the type of no good motherfvcker that obama, nor his cronies, wanted to fuhk with.

oh, there's going to be a whirl wind of a shit storm fly through. thing is, you dems are going to be the ones standing around holding each others dicks wondering what the hell just happened and how you were deceived by your party, and how they pulled the wool over your eyes making you believe all that horseshit for the past year.

when he can't answer something, he calls whoever a moron, an idiot, or something else, and says he doesn't answer questions from such people, and leaves the thread. see yesterday's carter page thread for a prime example. ain't that right @countryroads89 . . .

We have history that economists take into consideration. Tax cuts for the wealthy don't do much for the economy. This one is no different.
