As far as I understand it, his team crafted the actual deal that was agreed upon, and invited Trump's team to participate early because they felt it was important for the U.S. to speak with one voice. That's true diplomacy and leadership.

I know most on here despise Biden, and while I don't agree with some of his platform (particularly being too light on immigration), I believe he believed he was doing what's right for the nation.
