I spent over 4 hours at the VA Hospital (Salisbury, NC) last week to perform a Echocardio test & a Tread Mill Stress test. My doctor called me Thursday..."Sweeney, the stress test showed us something that we need to address...we see more blockage." During the stress test...my BP elevated to 222/217. OUCH. I have not been felling too well since. Elevated Blood Pressure can be a Killer! Looks like I could be adding No. 10 strent to my heart arteries. I had 5-by pass heart surgery (May 2010).
I share this because GOING FORWARD...I will not frett about our football team only winning 3 games; Marshall not have a baseball field near campus; and our basketball squad not earning a post-season bid! I will no longer reply to the "flamers that get on my nerves on Herd Nation." I will not longer "push the buttom" that ticks some of you off. TRUCE is CALLED.
I will become Mr Sensitive & Good Willing to all......
