Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger had nothing but praise for Hillary Rodham Clinton on her own leadership of the department, even going so far as to say she did a better job than he did.
“I’ve known her for many years now and I respect her intellect,” Mr. Kissinger, told USA Today. “And she ran the State Department in the most effective way that I’ve ever seen.”
Even better than he did?
“Yes,” Mr. Kissinger replied.
