did any of us expect otherwise? The good thing is this, if we have a good season we will make our way back in IMO
Very tough with a very weak schedule remaining. We can hope that UAB is added. That would help a little. They are the only other conference school getting votes
Just keep winning.....win the conference and we’ll sort it out from there. Still a lot of football left. Enjoy it. Too early to celebrate being ranked or even too early to celebrate being unranked like some.
As said above, this can't possibly shock anyone... As soon as the BIG10 said they were playing you know the voters are going to move Ohio State, Penn State, etc back into the rankings.
Yeah, I actually like our ranking. #1 Those 1st 2, & especially the App game being on nation-wide TV couldn’t have turned out better. As stated keep winning & the rest will sort itself out....
It looks like playing has paid off, at least rhetorically - Marshall will talk for years about beating a "ranked" Appy State at home and ourselves being "ranked" in the top 25, and we'll scrub all the asterisks and just assume people will forget the circumstances.
I’m very impressed with this team. They look like they’re having fun. I keep shaking my head about this years schedule that we missed. All we can do is win and wait. See how things work out. All that is really left is a conference championship, which will be hard to appreciate with all the cancellations, and the hope of a meaningful Bowl game. Go Herd!!
