Marshall has been recruiting Riverbend High School (Fredericksburg, Virginia) offensive tackle Zach Adams since his freshman year according to the 6-foot-7, 310-pound junior.
The Thundering Herd coaching staff extended an offer to the three-star prospect on April 29 during the spring evaluation period.
"It means a lot because I'm just getting into the process," Adams said. "I've been talking with coach (J.C.) Price for a while and look forward to getting to know the coaching staff better."
Marshall joins Penn State, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Illinois, East Carolina, Virginia and others who have offered Adams, who said his recruiting has taken off since the Rivals Camp Series in Richmond on April 11.
