Oh the Humanity. Black IS NOT Marshall school colors

Not bad if they want a black uniform , would rather see Marshall in block letters and that is regardless of the uniforms being White or Green or Black.

Very sharp. Like them a lot. Not the biggest of the lettering font though. But that's with all of our basketball uniforms now. Overall really like them.
The bandwagon for black unis has swept the Nation...Just jump on and enjoy the ride.

Some white piping trim on those uniforms would look real nice....
The black uniforms looked awesome today. I love the last 2 seasons' fonts for both the lettering and numbering.
My only complaint ever about basketball uni's or equipment is that none of it is ever for sale. There are ZERO versions of a replica basketball uniform that are available for sale. None. The super awesome warm-up shirts with the WV state outline on front? Not for sale. There was a basketball uniform available for sale a couple (more?) years ago that may still be out there, but it has never looked anything like what our team has actually worn in-game, so why buy it?

Marshall has had various third colors over the years. Yellow (Sonny Randle era), gray or silver (George Chaump era), and black (current), and different shades of green (KO Marcum's idiot Michigan State green), but the school colors are Kelly Green and White. Always have been, always will be.
Marshall can wear black for every game in every sport for the next 100 years. The school colors are still Kelly Green and White.
It was Donnan that added the black stripe to the helmet. Thus the beginning of having some black. Chaump, had Ahia state in his roots and added the silver which I did like. Sonny added the yellow because he thought it represented the state of WV with its addition....good idea maybe but didn't work. Looked bad and some state of WV residents got mad about it. Yes the Tan man with the vodka in his water bottle along with Kayo slow dime added the Meechegan state green for a million dollars from Nike.....WORST DECISION EVER.

I always wondered how the school in Morgantown changed to Meechegan dark blue and yellow and got away from the states actual colors and I think their actual colors of old gold and baby blue and nobody complained, it was like okay, this looks better than what we are, let's go with it. WTF?
If Hambone does nothing else the rest of his tenure I will always be eternally grateful he got us back to Kelly Green!!!!

"for logo use" and "school colors" are two different things. You cite a style guide about printing, which also includes directions on which shades of brown to draw Marco in. It has nothing to do with the school colors, which are Kelly Green and White.

I agree school colors are green and white but it's not a stretch to say black is as well
