I guess he felt like it had been long enough after scamming a guy out of $200 for him to be able to come back.

This guy is looking goofier than ever.

First, he calls out people for being snitches about college football recruits getting paid:

Then, he claims he is on a "personal campaign" to stop pay in the recruiting process:

He then claims that he wasn't recruiting to play in college because Syracuse's head coach wasn't at his football camp, and the camp was so expensive that his mom wouldn't pay for another camp:

He then claims that the pyramids were made due to aliens:

He then claims that he is in the process to become a U.S. Customs Officer, but he won't continue that until all of the illegal children are reunited with their parents:

In the meantime, he is still up $200 on the year from scams.
