John Stewart's, much like Stephen Colbert's, ratings do not really give them the clout they are given by their media friends.

Will be interesting to see them replace a couple of white men with more white men and then complain about the GOP's lack of diversity every night.

Well Stephen Colbert is from the South, so that is kind of like a minority.

While I'm a huge fan of the Daily Show, it hasn't been anywhere near the quality it used to be before Jon left to make Rosewater. Minus a very few, the supporting cast right now isn't that funny.

I agree that the supporting cast is pretty weak.

The old correspondents were much better.
