Watched EKU the other night vs Kentucky...was not expecting this due to their big as well as ability to shoot the three ( prior to the UK game) , anyway..keep the faith fellas..going to be a long road and a tough road and not one that will be traversed easily.

I'm sure they were a lot more "up" for UK than they were a bad Marshall team. That definitely plays into that.

I wouldn't act to high and mighty......NCCU went to the NCAA Tournament in 2014 and NIT last year. More than we can say for us.

MU fans are better than that. The esentual quality of being a Spamite is the inability to discern the quality of opponents. Spamies play 2 or 3 cupcakes in a row and get all puffy about how the team has "improved" and "turned a corner" and all of this ho-ha. Then they play another good team and that is that. MU fans know better.

I want MU to win every game it plays in every sport, but the fact is our basketball team isn't any good and isn't going to get any better this year. 8-30 is a best case scenario.

I am skeptical of our offense as he who lives by the 3 dies by the 3 which is what I saw v UTenn. Still I'm hopeful this is a sign that we have gelled as a team.

You have to be able to drive the lane and take the ball to the bucket to win consistently....so, can we?
