According to some very prominent comedians it's been known for quite a while (Hannibal Burress, Patton Oswalt & Rosanne Barr among the most recent to comment on it.) Even former cast members have stated they think he's a rapist. I'm not saying I think every single count is valid but I do think there is some merit to it.
Who knows why women do a tenth of the shit they do. If I had to guess I'd say the legit ones are probably in the entertainment industry afraid of what an accusation against Bill effing Cosby would do to their career if they couldn't prove it. If you're a black female in tv in the 70's & 80's it was already hard enough to make it without accusing Bill effing Cosby of rape.

I do not think you will find anyone on this board that believes every killing was justified. The problem is, the BLM crowd does not have a good track history of drawing attention to the ones that need to be addressed.
Honestly I don't agree with some of the approaches of the BLM but honestly what other means can they resort too.
Using events that involve police force that are clearly with the confines of the law or close to it as examples for police brutality will not win people either, neither will burning down an entire block. If you want change, it will take time and you have to be willing to work through it, the sit ins were not successful after day one and the bus boycott lasted a lot longer as well. Should Rosa Parks have slashed tires and thrown bricks at the transit employees?
