Can seniors return next year as well with the new proposal??

This is not entirely true. Many of the larger P5 schools will lose guys to the draft whereas smaller schools (G5 specifically) will be able to return their more experienced players. Therein lies the advantage.
Hopefully some of our OL guys decide to return. Start their grad degrees
I know Will Ulmer has already been accepted into the grad program.
If we get some OL help, we could have a damn good team in 2021.
It'll be interesting to see how the 2021 roster plays out given the situation.
I have a working list of who I think will and won't return (eligbility wise).
I don't think Knox will be back for his Senior year. HBs seem to prefer to GTFO ASAP, especially ones getting 25-30 touches a game.
