I’m beginning to question if he is better than Doc. We are a$$.
As of right this second he is not. But still a long season. We obviously need a really good oline coach. They have been terrible since the coach quit
Snyder lost to a 1-aa team at home. He’s still the worst until proven otherwise
BGSU loss was just as damn bad, honestly worse…FFs
Doc gave up 173 to Akron at home and Chuck Amato was the coach. I guess Huff beat Notre Dame which gets style points as the biggest win in school history, but followed up to Bowling Green which to might be the worst loss in school history.
Huff probably has 2 or 3 more years left. He can't x and o worth a shit. So, he better find good coordinators and assistants.
Was it at home? Is bgsu 1-aa??? No to both so no it wasn’t just as bad, especially since we are 2-13 there
I was at that NH game in person, I remember how the team played that day and how Snyder just looked like a ghost during it all. That team sucked, this team was coming off a huge win for the program. BGSU, we are the ONLY win they have so far. They were coming off a L to EKU. From the looks of it EKU would kick our asses right now. The L to BG has undone all positive energy around the program and then followed up by a dud at Troy—-we’re now playing as bad as the Snyder era teams. The whole country wasn’t watching when we lost to NH. They were when we shit the bed at BG.
Side note, the QB for UNH Santos that beat us that year is now the HC at UNH.
Take away Cato and replace him with the same talent level as any other starting QB during Holliday's tenure. We wouldn't have had those couple of really successful seasons.
Holliday coached us to losses at the hands of conference foes who were on the level of a peewee league.
Huff sucks ass and needs to stop hiring buddies to take over such huge roles (Trickett for example). Considering how hard Huff hit the portal, I'm concerned next year we won't see any improvement. I don't know where Huff's attention had been focused, but after Notre Dame, it hasn't been on this team.

I’m starting to agree with this. I think everyone in the program thought after ND we were on the automatic road to.wins. Shit, we even had some fans here making plans for access bowls.
Welcome to reality where you still have to play. Huff doesn’t have to be a great Xs and Os guy to be a success….but he certainly has to have them on his staff. I’m not seeing it with this offensive staff.
