Because i have cashed anything in. I go for the long haul. It will rebound.

These steps are necessary for the security of the United States and the stop the complete and final destruction of our industrial base and middle class. When, I say this is of national security interests, I mean it.

We have participated in unfair and on sided trade deals for decades not only at the expense of the working and middle class but, of our national security.

A society or nation that produces nothing and doesn't innovate cannot survive against its competition. Eventually you make nothing and become totally dependent on others. It shrinks the industrial base which shrinks people's wages. We need a nation of producers and plants. We need level playing field partnerships not one sided deals.

China is the gorilla we are going after. We either do it this way or prepare for them to take us over. At that point it is either grab a rifle or learn to speak Mandarin.

The time is now and we have someone willing to address it instead of becoming a globalist pawn.

Your stocks will be ok, the market can always be bumpy. This is in in the best long term interest of the United States. If not, we are doomed to fail.

I probably lost a bunch of money, but since geezer only gave me two months to live, I'm no longer concerned about the 401k.

Figure the old lady would just blow it all on quilting machines, male whores, and fancy teas anyways.

I had some really good tea recently at the Borough Market in London from some Indian dude with a tea shop there. It was amazing and made me want to get more into it.

Send your wife my number and we can chat about teas. I'm a coffee guy but could be converted. I hear she may have a hefty inheritance coming too.

Most people will either see this as a buying opportunity or simply wait it out, knowing that this is a temporary dip that happens all the time. Anybody showing “outrage” over this right now is doing it solely for political reasons.

And I agree 100% with Carl. If you are retirement age or even five years from retiring from your work, your portfolio should have a very small amount of market risk in it by now. I’m acquaintances and Facebook friends with a guy that’s around 65-70 years old who has been beating this feaux outrage drum for the last week or more over this. He claims to be extremely intelligent and financially savvy. He’s acting as if his portfolio is taking a tremendous hit. If he’s as smart as he thinks he is, he would have pulled away from the market 10 years ago. He’s only making himself look bad.
