True. I have a tendon issue. If there is a joint that can get tendinitis, I’ve had it. Doc said knees may heal if I basically laid in the bed and do nothing for about six months. Probably my fought, 18 years of running, triathlons and CrossFit screwed me up. I pushed too hard at times.
