IB is a partial qualifier, that's why he can practice and go on scholarship. NQs can't do either of those.

This is a better outcome than we went in with. Before the appeal he was a NQ, like Robinette and could have no contact with the basketball program. Now, assuming he makes adequate grades in the fall semester, he can practice in the second semester, That is a VERY good thing. Then come next year he will be ready for 4 full years.
