Wow! That's quite a claim considering Watergate, Iran-Contra, Whitewater, Lewinsky, Teapot Dome and practically W's entire presidency.

I imagine even Trump would disagree. He does expect everything he does to be bigger and better than everyone else, so why not scandals....he's certainly off to a good start.
