I say Trump will somehow get out of getting impeached. But he will be too wounded to run and win again. Still am not seeing trumps base turning on him. When ask about trump lying their number one response is "they all lie".

They will never get 67 votes in the Senate. Not enough Senators with principles left in the USA. If the House flips, they will impeach but no conviction in the Senate.
Don't bet on that. I think the House is less likely to impeach. A lot of GOP senators are tired of this bullshit, it is a serious distraction and bad for business. There's still too many dingleberries in the House. But that also means there's plenty that would accept marching orders. Ryan retiring leaves a scapegoat. 50/50 odds, maybe.
People keep talking about a "base". Trump won by 80k votes in a few states. There is no base strategically.
I told this board in 2016 that Pence is an insurance policy. Anyone else notice he has been really fvxking quiet?
