I knew all the constant negative bitching would pay off... ESPN published a "Fan Happiness" index to gauge the fan sentiment at 128 FBS programs. Herd fans are not a happy bunch, ranking 104 out of 128, and 3rd from the bottom in C-USA.

The rankings use criteria such as ESPN’s Football Power Index, rivalry-game performance, coaching stability, recruiting strength, revenue generation and growth, and tweets.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to be highly ranked after last year. That would mean our fan base doesn't give a crap about losing. We could be Kansas or UConn - spending big bucks on football and going nowhere.

That may be one of the stupidest polls I've ever seen. More silly than the bowl projections that someone dreamed up a month ago.
