I just wanted to congratulate you guys on a great season and NCAA Tournament. It’s pretty awesome honestly to see Marshall in the National Championship game. I’ve always respected the “We are Marshall” camaraderie that you folks have there. You guys seem very similar to us in regards to being a tough, and disciplined team. It should be a hell of a Match. I don’t know how much you guys know about is in Soccer as we are probably more famous for Basketball. But we have won the National Championship 8 times in Soccer. Jerry Yeagley was honestly a better coach at Indiana than Bob Knight was. He had a Dynasty, winning 16 Big Ten Championships and 7 National Championships. We are currently coached by his son Todd Yeagley who won the National Championship in 2012 and was runner up in 2017. This really isn’t one of our most talented teams but they are strong and unselfish squad. Victor Bezerra is their stud up front and their GK Roman Celentano is probably the best in the country. We expect to have our hands full on Monday night. Good luck to you guys and terrific season!

If I may speak for many on here, thank you for the kind words. I saw the graphic showing IU had 8 National Titles only trailing St. Louis was it? Everyone else wasn't even close. In either case, Indiana is going to be a very formidable opponent. For Marshall, they made the Sweet 16 last season and have (honestly) exceeded expectations this tournament. Huntington was losing their minds when the clock hit 00:00. I can't imagine NC with all the MU alumni right now.
Anyways, congrats on making the title game with us. I look forward to a good championship game.

Thanks for the positive comments. Win or lose, see if you can talk up another type of IU-MU "futbol" match-up/game or two up there in Hoosier land! After all, we didn't fare too badly in our series with those "Boiler" folks a while back. And we have a game next year with some team located up there in a place called South Bend!
