Java updates

[Always The Herd]

How do you know or get the latest Java updates......I seem to be getting
several "pop-up" saving my Java needs to be updated.......I am leary
about this......PLEASE HELP

The Java setup window does appear to be legitimate; however to be on the safe side I always recommend going directly to the vendor's website. in this case it is java.com
