All this said in the midst of a long string of tax increases, borrowing money, and more spending.

He'll have to change some laws if he wants to auction vehicles. WV has one screwed up system to sell surplus equipment.

Our previous governor here in PA greatly reduced the size of the state fleet because a large portion of it was not being used enough to make it cost effective vs paying some employees mileage reimbursement/renting.

Also, Justice is well versed in not paying taxes, so this is right up his alley.
