I had to make five trips before I satisfied all the requirements from Super Bitch. DMV personnel are on a power rage.
I have had to do that more than once in other states. This has nothing to do with race.
But that's OK. You just go ahead and vote. And if you want, go to the next precinct and vote again.
They were only doing their duty. This requirement has been there for many years. I have had to do it more than once in Florida and North Carolina.
Bull. The clerk wouldn’t accept the address on my utility bill even though that was listed as one of the resident requirements. Told me get a lawyer if I didn’t like it.
I agree I think they were wrong in that part of it and no one should tell you to get a lawyer.

I always show my ID when voting. Last time by mail I entered my drivers licence number and some other things.They have a record of me being registered to vote.I also have a registration card.

What did you mean by that post anyway? The birth certificate thing started as a security precaution after 9/11 that is what was told by me by DMV in Florida. Seems some of the people involved in the 9/11 horrible event slipped throught the cracks and got drivers license. You know the rest of the story.

If they're physically able, more than fine by me. As long as they get the same benefits as the military...subsidized food, clothing, housing, healthcare, child care, same as the GI bill for college tuition, and they get retirement after 20 years.
