All three are entering the draft.Beckett and Josh Ball have also opted out.
And where does Knox have any experience in catching a pass out of the backfield?I've seen Ball as high as the fourth round in one mock, to Kansas City if I remember correctly... Beckett is probably going to be an undrafted signing. He will have to make his way by working his ass off, playing special teams, etc.
Knox is the interesting one. In an era where running backs are a dime a dozen, I could see a team taking a late round flier on him. His issue is that he lacks elite top-end speed, so he needs to really show well in other parts of the game – pass pro, catching the ball out of the backfield, yards after contact, etc.
Though few and far between he has been thrown too and had good success doing so. Which makes it even more frustrating that Doc and Crapsey don't do it enough. And where does Knox have any experience in catching a pass out of the backfield?
Exactly.Thought few and far between he has been thrown too and had good success doing so. Which makes it even more frustrating that Doc and Crapsey don't do it enough.
From what I recall the Bucs really liked Darius, but he failed a pre-camp drug test. I remember the Jets being really high on him during the season. I think had he come back instead of being and idiot he could have been drafted.Wanted to know some thoughts on expected draft. I felt that Darius Marshall was going to make the NFL but that didn’t happen. Knox has overall game like Bradshaw with his catching ability. Are people seeing Devon Singletary?

I don't know if I would compare Knox to Bradshaw. Knox doesn't have the speed that Ahmad did.
Knox is leaving for the NFL and not playing in the bowl.
Different ball game in playing Rice and playing the Steelers, Chiefs, etc.People think just because you declare for the NFL that you will make it. Not so easy, stats show the on average 2% of college players actually make a team in the NFL. As the initials stand for Not For Long. Go Herd!!!
