Doesn’t hurt us either way. The Conference needs a deal...a good television deal. The Big East plays on FS1. We should be eyeing that angle.

That would obviously save some money, but from the players' & coaches' POV I wouldn't think they'd like it.
I guess the one advantage is that there'd be less 'dead' time for the athletes to have to be confined to hotel rooms.

In talking to Danny today, he has no issues. Its either that or taking a chance on a player not testing positive 9n Thursday wile on the road. That means 2 weeks in a hotel on the road quarantined.
This way test at home Tues, Thursday before leaving and Sunday upon return home

What DD said does make sense.
I wonder if he thinks that he might have a slight coaching advantage in this scenerio from his NBA & HS experience.

MU should have as much quality depth as ever since DD has been the Head Coach. Should play into our favor in such back to back games. Hopefully, in some games that aren't close, some of our talented freshmen will get quality PT!

This is a great point... Back to backs may actually work in our favor. If you have 10-11 guys that you can run out there for minutes it will be a big boost. Teams with thin benches will struggle.
