No, they don't. You usually see one of these types around everywhere, even occassionally in small hick towns. Typically, there's usually that one house where the crazy fvcker has all kinds of off the wall poster signs hanging around his property. Where I live, there's a crazy 'nam vet that drives an old pickup truck with probably over 100 stickers on it, various flags attached on windows, on the bed, etc. Those are definitely the people who need to probably be looked at prior to them going off. Personally, I always get a little nervous whenever I'm in close proximity to them. You just know they're wanting you to do something to set them off.

He's being a coward by not fulfilling his end of the bet. It's a trend for him. That makes him a coward.
Instead of fulfilling it by the any of the most reasonable, logical, and convenient ways, he is now putting additional rules on it which leads to a lower chance he will actually have to fulfill his end of the deal. He knows exactly what he is doing. It's also why he refuses to swear on his daddy's and wife's life regarding what I told him to say.
