so they give this guy "immunity" and then say he acted on his own in deleting this stuff..... GIVE ME A FVCKING BREAK....

The perfect alibi. No way any of this was ever going to come back against her.
You can hate the Clintons all you want, but they are experts on how to run a criminal enterprise. The similarities to the old Chicago mobs are amazing. They control the cops, the judges and the press. You don't get the Justice Department to clear you, you have them give immunity to low level folks then have the low level folks change their story and take all the blame. Not particularly original, but effective. Of course, in cases where you don't control the Justice Department, they would grant conditional immunity and if they found out you lied, or changed your story, they could revoke the immunity. Guess they just forgot to put that in the immunity agreement this time.
