Wonder if the definition of "full capacity" will change under the new Athletic Administration, new football leadership, etc., etc.

Seems like "full capacity" in Herd Football recently under Hamrick and Doc meant about 15,000 to 20,000 fans per home game in the JOAN, if that!!!
