From what I've heard it was a screw up from the courts/hpd saying he had a failure to appear citation when he actually did show up
This is correct. The outstanding warrant was the direct result of a clerical error by the courts. McManus did appear when he was supposed to but the proper paperwork was never filed. All should be squared away tomorrow.

Very glad it's resolved for him. Unfortunately, I don't think we woulda missed him too much at this point. He's been almost a non-factor. Hopefully that changes.
Lol at us not missing McManus if we would have lost him. He's a sophomore, had a strong freshman season and just because he has had a slow first half of the season, we wouldn't miss him. Not too mention our depth at outside receiver isn't great anyways. I'm glad it's much ado about nothing though.
Clearly I was referring to the kind of season he's having, and not his future potential.
