Mike Pence Now Finds Classified Docs

Now both sides are completely confused on what their next move should be.
Not sure why. They shouldn't be in possession of these docs. Anyone in violation of the law, prosecute & immediately terminate their security clearance.

I have some decent legal advice for Mike Pence. Just say you've always taken classified documents seriously as often as you possibly can, and let everybody know there's no there there.

Or, better yet, just blame it all on Obama who changed the documents policy, in a weak effort to defend Crooked.

So there is either complete incompetence surrounding keeping track of classified documents or we over classify everything. I do t know how to rectify either but something needs to be done

Sounds like the former for sure. The latter is hard to tell since they can’t really tell us usually what the classified thing is. But yeah maybe we should be running our classification system like one of those little free libraries on the side of the road

Joe took stuff as a Senator, bigger no no. He also reportedly had Top Secret , Compartmentalized. A way big no no.

Hell the library here sends you all kinds of messages when your book is almost due to be returned. If it’s late…god help you.

I meant the cabinet things people out outside with books and you can take or leave them at will. I’ve seen them in Ona so I know it’s not that big a city slicker phenomenon.

I’ve personally witnessed at least two coworkers lose their clearance over FAR less. Do people really think Biden shouldn’t face any consequences? It’s not like Biden didn’t break the law. He clearly did

Excuse me this thread is about noted document hoarder Mike Pence not noted document hoarder Joe Biden.

Yeah but the ones in Ona hold copies of local Auto Trader and JC Whitney catalogs.

What’s not being shared here is that the cabinets where Trumps, Biden’s and Pences documents were all located were manufactured in Wayne county. What does @extragreen know and when did he know it…..

When I was in the service, I came out of boot camp knowing that I would need a top security clearance to enter my classification and schooling. I don't recall ever being told that I had received that clearance, nor do I recall that it was being lifted when I left the service

Let me guess, they put you on "special assignment". ;)

When you a "read into" a program or situation or information, you sign something and are told clearly the paramaters. you understand clearly the deal and what the consequences it. That doesn't ever expire. Sometimes you meet with an attorney from the issuing agency. And multiple witnesses . It is a legally binding agreement, document.

These people are obviously read in at a high level, the highest level.

They know the deal.

The avg Joe(no punn intended)would be in federal prison.

Now the important thing is what was taken, what was classified, what was not, how was it used or not.

The most troubling item for BIden are the items from when he was a Senator and how were items used. What was still classified. What kind of items. His situation is going to be different because of his Senate time.

I had one as well. From what I recall they're only good for a certain number of years.

Even with a secruity clearance you still have to be read into certain situations that warrant it. Like a specific program or situation. That means you have been brought into and you or that group only.

I woul say the stuff these people were getting they were read into the program or briefing or situation. At the highest levels of policy , etc.

Just becaue you might have a security clearance doesnt mean you get access to everything.
