Mom arrested and handcuffed for taking daughter’s phone as punishment

The 15 year old daughter got in trouble at school so the mom took her iPhone as punishment. The phone was a present from the exhusband so it doesn’t take a genius to figure out where the accusation of stealing came from. But how can the police or sheriff not weed through this story. The case was obviously dropped in court, but still...this lady was led out of her home in handcuffs and was forced to leave her newborn that wasn’t on the bottle yet.

There has to be more to this story. If not, it’s scary to think that a phone call from an ex can get you arrested so easily.

That's crazy. Legally, it is the child's property, but common sense is the police deferring to the current custodian of the child. Like how I said the other day, when I was a kid and you did something wrong usually the police just let your dad beat the shit out of you. Common sense is gone these days.

And common sense also says don't do that to the ex and baby momma. I have a feeling she will get her revenge, and it will be ugly. Legal revenge or not lol.
