this type of thing is what gets people frustrated. A decade after the process of digitizing Immigration and Customs forms exactly ONE form has been put online and its cost over one billion dollars. EVERYTHING IN WASHINGTON IS BROKEN

I never once blamed Obama. I blame everyone in government. If you would reap my post you would know it started under Bush 2. Govt does very few things well. Thats my point.
