Our guys just can't seem to hit the broad side of a barn in the first half of games here lately for some reason. At least we got it going in this one and closed the game out. I think UTEP might be better than their record right now as they have several close losses in conference with a young team. I could see them being a pretty good team next year.
That's what Bennett looked like physically when he was in shape in prep school. He would certainly be that type of player, except Bennett maybe has more range and potential on offense. Hopefully, Bennett will get himself back in shape and be ready to go next season.
I didn’t shoot my mouth off to soon. Go look around at other game threads. The excuses were already starting to be made. My point remains. There are always excuses surrounding our two big programs. At some point the excuses get tiresome
