That line, with the President reciting it, was shown over-and-over. With or without editorial commentary, it was a dominant story and reported as such.

However, that's secondary to real issue the letter exposes: Barr lied, under oath, to Congress. The man of 10,000 lies appears to infect everyone around him.

Collusion couldn't be proven. However, the report did cite the Trump Campaign accepted Russian assistance. I'm sure that's ok with all fine, upstanding American patriots who happen to be republican.
