Great! Now it can go back to the SCOTUS where the COA will be overturned. Yay, appellate review!
He hasn’t lost a Supreme Court decision yet so, yes, winning is getting to be a regular thing. He will win this one too.
Trump has won several Supreme Court decisions since he has been in office after a lower court tried to overstep their bounds. Why do you bother typing a single word on here?
I don’t ever wanna have to witness a family being pulled away from each other when some stay and some go. There families are stronger than American families. They sure do love each other. Come here and work hard and send the money back to their family Gotta figure a way to keep the bad people out. That's not entirely accurate. While, they haven't issued an opinion on the substance of the EO, they have issued an order (which IS a ruling) staying the injunctions entered by the COAs, allowing the EO to be fully implemented.

We all know radical Islamists don't shoot up schools (yet). They just shoot up their workplaces and blow people and property up, which is way better.
