The investigative story also found that Justice, the owner of the historic Greenbrier resort, reneged on a$10 million charitable promise in 2011 to the Cleveland Clinic and only followed through with a fifth of a $25 million promise to the Boy Scouts of America, which was supposed to go toward a camp at the Scouts’ 14,000-acre reserve in Southern West Virginia.

Add to this he apparently just paid the taxes on the Greenbrier for this year.

Stiffed the Cleveland Clinic as well as basically the Boy Scouts - that is really sad

Justice is not a good person, hasn't been a good person, and won't be a good person. Almost everyone who does business with him has him on COD because if he owes you money, you might as well write it off. His son is the exact same way if not worse.

I was extremely worried that we were counting on money from him as part of the IPF funding. I personally know people that he has stiffed for major dollars, seven figure dollars, and his answer is always the same - sue me.
