I think thats a pretty good list through three weeks... I personally think Cincy and Fresno State are too high... and having Nevada ahead of Marshall is off. Oregon beat Nevada by 71 points and last week the Pack had to hang on in a thriller to fend off Weber State.

so, your top 3 matches mine, but yet, it's laughable. do you know how many people vote in the AP poll? how many of them have watched every team in the nation play, prior to voting each week? what about the so-called Coaches Poll? you think any of the coaches have watched other games being played on Saturdays?

How am I or you supposed to know how many voters actually watch the games? How many of these teams games have you watched over the past month? You should’ve just stopped at “these teams are who I think the top 3 or top 5 G5 teams” Stop trying to be the next Beano Cook.

No one who votes in or produces any polls watches every team play... They go by records, preseason ranks, strength of schedule, who lost to who comparatively, etc... So looking at the G5 teams out there by record and strength of schedule (without watching any west coast games at all) here is my top 20.

Don't get me started on why no one from Marshall administration never comes to the fastest growing area in the state to recruit students. Martinsburg High has several kids this year that can flat play. An olineman already has a couple offers from MAC schools.

Temple is better than SMU, SDSU is better than Louisiana, Memphis is better than Army, Houston would smash Wyoming/WMU/Louisiana/etc., Utah State may be the 2nd best behind UCF.

I think the same thing about the real polls. With games clocking in at 3-4 hours apiece, the most prolific guys are seeing a reasonable amount of maybe 10% of the games being played, and reading the rest as box scores or highlight packages. Just the simple reality of there only being 24 hours in a day.

Perhaps, you meant he gave them motivation, a reason, or introduced the discussion for them to do the research, but he definitely didn’t give them the ability to do it.

I have a degree from both schools...I support both schools...and actually last year I donated to Marshall and not WVU

I liked the work he did on the poll where others were putting him down....so sure how or why you want to twist my words when I liked the poll and would like to see it every week.
