My proposal for the border wall

What we need to do is to dig a massive trench 50-100 ft deep. You use the massive amount of earth that is dug up to create a 50-100 ft high wall somewhere before the trench. You can reinforce it what whatever you want, doesn't matter.

In order to successfully get into the United States illegally, you have to climb a 100 ft earthen wall and survive a 200 ft drop.

Even better, you could get Mexicans to help dig it with the promise of some pesos or a green card.

Now I know what you're saying... "Random, couldn't they just dig underneath the wall and go through the bottom of the trench?"

To that I would reply... "Why are you giving them ideas? Do you hate America, you ****ing commie?"

Dig a trench 300 feet deep and about 1/2 mile wide , stock the thing with gators and piranha. Or you could always go the route of huge intake valves that when opened would pull a body from the top of the water to the bottom , through a large pipe system with grinders interspersed to grind up what is being pulled through the system. Do that and it would only need to be 100 or so feet deep and 1/8th of a mile , has to be wide enough you can not jump it with say a motorcycle or car.

I'm lodging a protest because I put this idea out months ago. Your concept is flawed though. As the military guys on here will tell you, you always take the high ground, don't give it to your enemy. So the trench is right, you just have to pile the dirt on the U.S. side of it. Then you end up with watch towers atop a 100 foot wall, overlooking the trench. If it's on the other side you're a sitting duck and you can't protect the integrity of the wall.

I saw some sheriff from the north east?? a couple of months ago that said, lets use people in jail. That certainly would reduce the cost. Offer anyone in jail or prison (non violent offenders only) time off for good behavoir to help build the wall. Hire Ex Sheriff Arpaio as a consultant for the project and put in charge of the living arrangements.
