Seems rather convenient that the "processes" identified by the WH spokesperson cleared just as stories were breaking calling Trump out on his failure to deliver. I don't think there's any real outrage over this. Speaking for myself, I'm not at all outraged. I commend Trump for sending the check. The way I see it is the WaPo story was a follow up story to see if Trump made good on a promise. He eventually did. That's it.
