Not at all. This is already a YUGE win. Just watching his pouting face walk out of the courtroom, his bizarre press conference this morning, and the crying from both him and his lackeys is sheer entertainment.
It doesn't matter what happens to the verdicts moving forward. This reaction is exactly what was desired, and he lived up to it.
