He's done this stuff in Morgantown, Dallas, Cincinnati....this is who this dude is. At one point, Jerry Jones had to put full-time handlers on the guy just to try to keep him out of jail.

I still put this guy at #3 behind Chris Henry and that dude that cut his d'ck off and jumped in the Mon. (Not that the castratto was a worse criminal, he just committed a worse crime.)
